Other information

This is a literary weekend, which means that we shall be looking at what life was like in the time the books were written and visiting places that Blyton knew.  Sadly Health & Safety law does not permit the full re-enacting of adventures, such as dangling children down wells on the end of a rope!

Be Green – catch the train from Waterloo to Wareham.  Catch the bus to Swanage from the bus shelter beside the U-Drive van hire.

Come dressed for all occasions – it can be cold at the top of the castle or on the night hike.

Bring – sun lotion, rain hat, small stout footwear, small torch, binoculars, YHA card or National Trust card (if you have them), and any interesting Blyton items.

If you only have time to read one book before you come, try 'Five have a Mystery to Solve'.
